Not necessarily: Blood work can be relatively normal until later in the course of hiv. If you have any question about past exposure ask to be tested. The cdc recommends that all adults be tested, regardless of perceived risk factors, so just get tested.

Five years ago possible exposure to hiv. Excellent CBC results (erytoc:5.80|Hb:16.5|Htc:49%VCM:86) ESR 1mm/h and CRP 0,7mg/l. Should i be worried?
