Do u need to remove?: It is easy to remove with a small surgery. But if this is a lymph node and you have no suspicious symptoms and it is not increasing in size you do not necessarily need to remove it. Reasons to remove include pain, rapid growth, symptoms of lymph disease (fevers, chills, weight loss, night sweats), other lymph nodes growing or for a definitive diagnosis. Otherwise, you may be able to watch it.
