Change: Change your eating and exercising. Eat more with emphasis on healthy proteins such as wild salmon, whole grains, beans, and tofu, avoiding simple carbs like pasta, bread and ice cream. Use nuts and fruits as snacks. Lots and veggies.Exercise more but spread out it throughout the day for a total of 45 minutes of brisk movement which means difficulty singing=walk 5 minutes out of every hour.
