24 year old female, 5'8" and 289 lbs. is it safe to combine lipozene and slimquick pure, to drop pounds so i can actually exercise w/o hurting self?

Who knows?: Slimquick Pure is essentially a multivitamin with caffeine. Lipozene doesn't even list it's ingredients other than a type of fiber. That should be a huge red flag to you. The company has also had a class action lawsuit filed against it for false claims, another red flag. Save your money, skip these products. . Diet and exercise are the way to go.
