None: No weight loss w aspirin, but if have other risk factors like high blood pressure and high cholesterol, then Aspirin may help prevent heart disease.

Asiprin: Please do not start aspirin therapy w/out seeing your doctor. There is the possibility of internal bleeding depending on your physical condition and others meds you may be taking. Peace and good health.

More harm than good: Aspirin will do more harm than good, unless prescribed by your doctor for secondary prevention of heart attack.
