Can positive dsdna be something other than lupus--like celiacs?

Yes: A positive double stranded is fairly specific for lupus but can occasionally seen in other diseases.

Autoantibody: Anti ds dna is an autoantibody that can be positive in a variety of disorders and by itself does not make a diagnosis. In the absence of symptom description, one cannot make a diagnosis based on a blood test.
