ANA: It could , also depends whether done by different labs. Tibc is total iron binding capacity. It gives an idea about your iron reserves. Complements have role in inflammation in auto immune diseases , levels gives us an idea of disease activity. Your cholesterol panel is abnormal.

Labs change: ANA tiers can change - depend on patient and lab. C3 = C3 complement which can change with sle but yours is normal. Tibc is total iron binding capacity. Your rheumatologist can help clarify your status and your lab. Your cholesterol and LDL are too high and needs attention.
