Doubtful: If you had a very long and capacious vagina, a closed vaginal speculum could be placed in there, but it's a stretch!. No playing around!

Not likely: Specula are lubricated, then slowly inserted in. Their shape would prevent "catching" on anything when in the closed position. It would be difficult for them to get stuck.
