Jaw feels tight when i chew. how do i treat this?

See your dentist: Tightness inthe jaw is a classic sign of a TMJ disorder. It may be related to clenching or grinding your teeth, trauma and a number of other problems. It is best to see your dentist for an evaluation. In the mean time stick with soft foods, avoid chewing gum and other hard or chewy foods that can cause more pain.
