Perhaps: You should not be taking naprosyn (naproxen) if you have had an ulcer. The best study to diagnose this condition is endoscopy. A barium upper GI x-ray will also diagnose this condition. The er dr will possibly do a stool study (or rectal exam to obtain stool). Stool will be examined for "occult" blood.

Ulcer from NSAIDS: If you can't see the doctor that treated your first ulcer very soon you may need to go to the er. If you have bleeding, or black tarry stools, severe pain, poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever weakness, dizziness and/ or other symptoms. What other medications for pcos are you on? Have you tried metformin? You may want to stop naproxen, if over the counter stop now. And call your doctor.
