How long can anxiety attacks last for? I get arm pain head aches sometimes breath issues. I have been told it anxiety. It lasts days. Is that normal? It happened after my uncle died. Ekg said no heart attack.

Whenever I walk really fast or up a hill and get out of breath, my jaw and my left arm start aching. Is that heart related? Should I see a cardiologist?
Been to emergy room before with similar symptoms, had heart monitors and the rest, I suppose it gets a bit better with cellebrex and urbanol, but always dizzy, always bloted, and sometimes my jaw get very sore. Im told nothing wrong... desperate ?
