Not your chance but: Iga nephropathy is a relatively common kidney disease. It affects millions of people worldwide. It is a disease that affects the filters, or glomeruli, of the kidneys. Igan is characterized by the hematuria it causes, which just means blood in the urine. This disease is common, but there is no single treatment about which all doctors agree. Ace inhibitors work well but should not be used in pregn.

See a kidney doctor : Follow the advice of your nephrologist. Iga nephropathy can result in mild to severe renal impairment and your doctor can tell you where you fall. The greater the severity of kidney disease, the greater the risk of pregnancy on you and the fetus. BP control is important as is keeping urine protein levels controlled. Ace inhibitors are BP meds commonly used but should not be used in pregnancy.
