See below: T/gel may work but selsun blue (with selenium) or Nizoral shampoo (antifungal) may work better. Depending on size of area affected, can use Hydrocortisone cream (very sparingly!) for occasional flares. Antifungal cream like Lamisil (terbinafine) may also be of benefit.
