My doctor told me i might have sebhorreic dermatitis, how do i control this? i've been using neutrogena t/gel, is this good? what else should i do?

See below: T/gel may work but selsun blue (with selenium) or Nizoral shampoo (antifungal) may work better. Depending on size of area affected, can use Hydrocortisone cream (very sparingly!) for occasional flares. Antifungal cream like Lamisil (terbinafine) may also be of benefit.
