Centralized: Crps, especially the reflex dystrophy form, has a nasty habit of centralizing and spreading. We often implant spinal cord stimulators, and/or use both long-acting and short-acting opioids. Presume you have prior experience with lyrica, Cymbalta and/or savella (milnacipran). Of interest, we are seeing occasional small fibre neuropathy effects in chronic pain syndromes and this may contribute additional pain.
