Thank : Thank you for your question. Like many clinical questions asked, it is difficult to answer without knowing more about you and your overall health. What i would recommend is that given your prior surgery, which is a complex valve surgery, any unusual symptoms should be discussed with your cardiologist and if you do not have one then i would highly recommend establishing with one. If you have not had a recent echocardiogram this would be a good place to start to make sure that the valve moved to the aortic position is functioning normally.
