Multiple Causes: There are several things that could be at play. There really isn't enough information to make an informed guess like how long have they been there, do they hurt, do you have a fever, and not to embarrass you but have you recently performed oral sex on a male partner - a frequent cause of trauma to that area. If it doesn't get better or go away in 3-4 days, you need to see a dentist.
