Need an exam: Sometimes, things that you see in the oral cavity can be relatively normal. There is a wide range of normal findings. You really need to have an exam to determine whether this is normal or not. It is difficult to give you better guidance because much of what is involved in oral diagnosis requires a good visual exam. See an ENT doctor or possibly a dentist or oral surgeon.
