A member asked:

I am male 32years old and my bp is 130/100, is it normal, if not what should i do to make it normal?

It is high: Your blood pressure the diastolic componant is high. Check ur BP in am and bedtime for a week and if still high review with ur doctor. Two things to do first you need to change your life style. Cut back on salt consumption to 2 g a day. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Reduce your weight if an issue. If no change in BP then you need to take medications.
