It is high: Your blood pressure the diastolic componant is high. Check ur BP in am and bedtime for a week and if still high review with ur doctor. Two things to do first you need to change your life style. Cut back on salt consumption to 2 g a day. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Reduce your weight if an issue. If no change in BP then you need to take medications.
