Vit. D deficiency: There is a link between vitamin d deficiency and worsened cardiovascular disease. Therefore, it is logical to make this link. I would try normalize your vit. D levels and see if the pvcs will dissaapear!

Vit D and heart: It is very unlikely that vitamin d deficiency is causing heart problem, specially if your calcium in blood is normal.
