Chest pain from PVC?: 4-10 pvc's/d. Is normal. Even in normal ranges, they can be a clue to rare, but worrisome underlying conditions. Some people describe the sensation of pvc's as chest pain, but chest pain causing the pvc's needs further investigation. Discuss with your primary doctor. He may recommend a cardiology or electrophysiology consult or 24-hr holter monitor. Call 911 for worsening chest pain or dizzy.
