35: The standard recommendation in the usa is to have your first baseline mammogram at 35 and then begin yearly mammograms at age 40, unless you have a higher risk, in which case mammography could begin earlier. Risk is elevated when there are more family members with breast and other cancers, or if you have gotten chest radiation. If you have any questions, talk to your doctor.
