Started spotting brown/ pink discharge after plan b.took 2 pregnant tests ( both neg). took them 2 weeks after taking plan b. could i be pregnant at all?

Plan B: Brown discharge is usually old blood being cleaned from the uterus. Plan B can cause menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). You should not be pregnant if pregnancy tests were negative two weeks out.
