NO : This is most likely due to the hormonal change from plan b. I would get another pregnancy test if you do not get a regular period in a week.

A/W Dr. Thanapathy: The brown discharge is likely older blood being cleaned from the uterus. Potential side effects w emergency contraception includes menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period.
