Taking flavoxate for bladder spasms. This is 2 days. Should i b able to tell a difference by now? Is it normal for spasms to come n go while on Meds?

Female. Bad bladder infection, sore kidneys and gold yellow urine, vag bleeding, tired and nausea. Urispas and citro soda doesnt work. Any other treatments avail? On holiday at coast, cant see doctor.
