Depression sucks!: Feeling blue, sadness low energy & joy, eating/ sleeping changes, less social engagement, negative thoughts, irritability and rages - it's likely depression. Meds help but studies show meds+ cognitive-behavioral or interpersonal therapy are better. Either treatment alone is still far better than none. Talk with your doc about your symptoms, ask for therapist referral. If suicidal seek help asap!
