Not an issue: Yes you can have an epidural. There is no issue with the tattoo.

Yes and No: If the tat is new and unhealed, then no epidural. If the tat is old, then will proceed with epidural.

As long: as you don't mind possibly a small spot being removed by the needle insertion(s), it's ok
