Unlikely: If anything an epileptic pattern on your eeg while taking Phenobarbital is more worrisome because that drug often stops seizure activity.

Depends: By definition, a diagnosis of epilepsy requires that you have at least 2 seizures. If your seizure was caused by sleeping medication, chances are that you do not have a seizure disorder, and the eeg read the brain activity at that time at that time however, if you are taking medication for seizures right now, it's probably doing its job, and you should continue to take it.

May have resolved: Infection, high fever, certain meds/drugs, tumors, hyponatremia (low salt) are usual suspects for seizure. Eeg shows electrical activities of seizure so it maybe that you had something abnormal then and since has resolved. If u r not taking med and no seizure for 14 yrs, the chance is good that you don't really have epilepsy. Consult doc. Good luck.
