I think my husband has sleep apnea, what should we do?

Sleep study: Symptoms of sleep apnea include profound snoring (rattling the windows, loosening bricks in the walls, etc), not breathing for brief periods, daytime sleepiness and grumpy bed partners. This can increase your risk of heart disease by 3-5 time or even more. If you think he has sleep apnea, he needs to see a sleep medicine doc for a sleep study to be diagnosed and treated. Don't delay!
