Plan ahead.: Having a low sex drive is a very common complaint for women. There are so many factors that contribute to a woman's libido and it's not easily treated. Also, medications can frequently decrease sex drive including anti-depressants and birth control. Make time for sex. Women have to actively make a sex a priority. Think about sex ahead of time and make plans. Talk to your ob/gyn.

Low libido: Congrats on the birth of your daughter. Please see your doctor who can test your hormones. If all is well medically, perhaps there is another concern you have w/your mate or w/having more children. You can reflect on those possibilities or get help sorting your thoughts and feelings out w/a clinical psychologist. Peace and good health.
