So does everyone: Overgrowth of yeast and the symptoms that result are very popular topics of conversation in some circles, but don't have a lot of medical evidence backing them up. If your stomach isn't flat and you're over weight, lose the pounds. If you're not over weight, i wonder if you're comparing yourself to the unrealistic images seen in popular media. Better to think of good health than flat stomach.

Flat belly: The size of your belly may have nothing to do w/yeast. Please see your doctor. If you do have a yeast infection or other GI situation he/she will diagnose and treat accordingly. W/out other symptoms, you may simply have weak abs and a certified trainer at a gym may help w/that. Peace and good health.

Body fat issue: You will only acquire a set of washboard abs if you drop your total body fat composition to below 10%. Most who show at bodybuilding events are around 5-7%. If you bulge in your midsection it often represents body fat retained beneath the abs surrounding the intestines. The dry weight of every bodies poop ( in the intestines) is 5% yeast. It is there naturally. Don't fall for the yeast myth.
