Pads: You can purchase adhesive pads which can be placed on the inside of the heel counter to narrow the heel. If your forefeet are ee, you may actually benefit from surgery to narrow them and allow a greater choice of shoes. Have a board certified podiatric surgeon check them out.

Yes : There absolutely is a way to narrow a heel. A good shoemaker will be able to integrate a custom orthotic with deep heel seat and flanges to your shoe do your heel will not slip out. I have done it successfully many times.
