Reassuring value: A urine protein to urine creatinine ratio of 0.13 is reassuring. The upc ration (urine protein value divided by the urine creatinine value) is an estimate of a person's 24hour urine protein... 130mg. A 24hour urine protein value of less and 150mg is reassuring. An upc ratio of 0.5 would indicate 'proteinuria' or abnormal amounts of protein in the urine.

Urine protein: The urine protein to creatinine ratio is less than 0.3 and this is within the normal range for general population. The serum creatinine is also normal. Urine albumin should be assessed in the same way, though: Urine albumin to creatinine ratio. For now, though, there is no indication of kidney change from diabetes.
