My bf has a lump on the inside crease of his leg near his groin, it's egg sized and aches whenever he's been active... any advice as to what it is?

Go to hospital now: Your boyfriend needs to be examined by his family doc (gp in gb) to determine what's going on. The lump could be a swollen lymph node, abscess (pus pocket), or even an inguinal hernia. Each diagnosis requires different treatment so it's imperative that rather than have someone guess (w/o examination from across the pond) that he get examined by his local family doc.
