I stopped smoking & drinking cold turkey after my birthday july 4th. my balance is horrible, and have head congestion. is this withdrawal symptoms?

Congrats re: alcohol: This is likely not from alcohol. You have a number of problems. Please see your family doctor who can do a full evaluation. You may need to see an ENT doctor for your sinuses and your balance. You need to be evaluated and treated for depression ( which is worsened by sinus problems and which can cause fatigue). Sinus problems can effect your inner ear and cause balance problems. Best wishes.
