Separate issues: Astigmatism can be corrected with proper spectacles or eyeglasses. K. Sicca is usually due to inadequate tear production which can be helped with various things your ophthalmologist can recommend.

Lubricate: Most likely astigmatism is genetic, treat with glasses, contacts, or surgery. Keratitis sicca is from dry eyes, treat with artificial tears and oral omega-3's.
