Real science: No shortage of misinformation. Sounds like this is a difficult management problem. Have you been offered topical Clindamycin plus an oral antibiotic that's right for you (perhaps 500 tetracycline 2x/day). The oral contraceptive pill might clear you if you can take it and want it. All acne's manageable nowadays. Good luck & stay proactive.
