Pain after sex: It is possible that during rough sex that you may have ruptured an ovarian follicle. A follicle has to grow to relase an egg. Sometimes when they rupture they bleed into the pelvis and can cause irritation, pain, nausea etc. The pain usually starts acutely and will get better over a day or two. Nsaids may help. You should follow up with your gynecologist.
