I would use > 6m: I find this helpful in many kids & use it over 6m of age. However, most congestion/sneezing in infants & toddlers is related to illness or nasal irritants like smoke, fragrance, fumes & the like & the primary rx is avoidance. Antihistamines have no effect when used for drainage triggered by irritants.
