Probably: Fexofenadine (aka allegra) is anantihistamine. While antihistamines may occasionally provide slight relief for those who do not have allergies, bsically it wont do much if your sneezing is not from true igee mediated allergic rhinitis. So consider seeng your doc again if your symptoms do not improve soon.

Yes: You may need more aggressive management of your allergy symptoms--nasal sprays (prescription, not over the counter), allergy shots, etc...You should see an allergist for detailed testing.
