Remedies exist: If you are worried about or ears, i'd get to an ENT for a cleaning and examination asap. If its not just wax, s/he will be able to direct you on what to do next. Meanwhile, you can consider placing a few drops of unscented baby oil into your ears to soften wax. If you know you have ear tubes or holes in the eardrums, do not put anything into the ears before seeing a medical professional.

Debrox: As an ENT surgeon, the simplest thing i suggest is using over the counter debrox drops twice daily for one week. If that does not do the trick call your local ent. Most ents have a microscope in the office. Under microscope the wax (cerumen) will be removed with instruments or a gentle vacuum.
