Yes: People who are clinically depressed can still experience "good days". Clinical depression is diagnosed from a list of symptoms that lasts at least a 2 week period. Please see a psychiatrist or your primary care physician for a proper diagnosis.

Yes: It isn't a constant state of sadness for most people. But most days you may feel down, sad or worse if you have depression.
