Yes: Many women have had healthy babies while being treated for depression. Your baby is more likely to be hurt if you are not treated for your depression. Antidepressants are not indicated in pregnancy but your doctor should be able to discuss the risks/benefits of treatment or the lack of it in pregnacy with you.
