Out of shape: You need to start doing regular exercise- whatever you like--walking, running, swimming, aerobics etc- at least 30 minutes a day. Then you can increase it gradually. The situation like you described is very common to happen when you are out of shape and your body is not well trained/maintained. Don't be discouraged- instead use it as a motivation.
