can diabetes cause body odor?

Yes: If you are overweight you could overgrowth of bacteria especially in folds groin and armpits which leads to body odor. Control the diabetes, lose weight and a antibacterial soap such as lever 2000 will decrea bacteria which cause body odor.

Maybe: If uncontrolled blood sugars, u can get fungal infections in your skin folds and bacterial build up in your mouth, both of which can smell bad.
