Not really: You should be able to eat anything, within reason, without difficulty. Issues such as heartburn or indigestion are not a gall bladder issue.

Take b6 consistently: Bile can still create sludge inside liver - to thin bile take b6 daily. If you drink coffee need to drink water thrice the amount of coffee i'n addition to daily water intake. The supplement that helps is lecithin. Lecithin will prevent burning pain i'n liver, pancreas and bile ducts.
