I am terrified of hospitals, is there a way to talk to a doctor about my suicidal ideation &be certain they won't force me into hospital or psych ward?

No guarantee: I don't know of a way that can be guaranteed. I treat many patients who are suicidal but who don't require hospitalization. The issue is that if i treat or evaluate someone at high risk for suicide that I am ethically, legally and medically required to safe guard that person.
