Inflammation: These problems all have an inflammatory component which is probably the link. The order depends on what your surgeon would like, if the triggers are getting locked, ipod lean to doing those first, some docs may be willing to take of it all in one fell swoop.

Not enough info: Treatment typically begins with steroid injections. The trigger fingers and carpal tunnel can all be injected at the same office visit. If surgery is ultimately necessary, they all can be done at once - less anesthesia and down time.
