How come my arms and hands are always red. they are not sore or anything just plain red, has been happening forever.

Raynauds: Possibly raynaud's phenomenon or raynaud's syndrome - in a nutshell, blood vessel spasm alternating with dilation (hands can be red, white or blue in a random pattern). Most often affects females; usually benign unless the discoloration is painful. Avoid cold stimuli.
