Thin lining: A Mirena (levonorgestrel) can cause the lining to become thin and you not bleed during a period or affect your ovulation. Why was it taken out? It is common to have discharge (pink or bloody) during the first few months. Most women have their period back fairly soon. Could you be pregnant? Do a pregnancy test, wait another month or two (use contraception) and see your doc if still no period for some labs.
