Pelvic infection?: As always, i try to think: "what is the most serious condition associated with these symptoms?" I have to assume that the pink discharge is bleeding. And back and leg pains can be symptoms associated with pelvic inflammatory disease. This is, of course, treatable. But you must be examined to be certain what's going on . Good luck. Lgromkomd.
